The Graduate Tracer Study or eGTS is a web-based graduate tracer survey that serves as an important tool for institutional development, a strategy to get  systematic feedback from former students’ whereabouts, their working conditions and their retrospective assessment of their course of study. This can stimulate curricular modifications and changes that will ultimately lead to new academic and technical program  offerings. It is now part of the Alumni website (http://alumni.mmsu.edu.ph/).

It has three major parts: 1) General Information/Personal Profile, 2) Educational Background, 3) Advance Studies/Trainings, 4) Employment Data and 5) Learning Experiences’ Assessment. The e-GTS system was developed to fast-track graduates’ assessment mainly on curricular offerings, quality of instruction and institutional services/programs, factors related to employability and learning experiences and competencies.
