Please be apprised that Certificates of Registration (LUPON) of all professions are now available in PRC Regional Office 1. 

Those alumni who are board passers and have already registered at PRC Regional Office I or alumni who renewed their Professional Identification Cards may personally claim their Certificate of Registration (LUPON) at PRC Regional Office 1. 

Requirements for Claiming:

1. Professional Identification Card (PIC)
2. Documentary Stamp (1 pc)
3. Passport Size Picture
