Julius Cortes, Bio alumnus, 2002, who works as a Laboratory Technologist and Health & Safety Officer at Charter Coating LTD., NE, Calgary with his wife Marylenn Gaoat-Cortes, Bio alumna, 2004, a community support practitioner at Resourceful Futures Community Support LTD., NE, Calgary actively participated. J. Cortes was one of the scuba divers who joined in the underwater garbage removal in reef areas while his wife joined garbage collection on the coastal zone.
